Responsibilities in your new role as the Duty Manager

* Exceeding guest expectations consistently

* Upholding high standards throughout the entire hotel

* Collaborating closely with department heads to ensure seamless operations

* Directly reporting to the General Manager

* Facilitating staff training sessions

Your personality, experience and qualifications

You must have prior experience in a Duty Manager role. We are looking for someone with a structured and detailed leadership style. The ideal candidate will be an effective and clear communicator who is enthusiastic and passionate about hospitality. A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service is essential.

Due to the location of this role, a driver's licence and access to your own transport is essential.
