As a Duty Manager, you'll report to the Resort Manager and support the smooth running of the resort, with a strong focus on Front Office, Back Office and overall guest experience.

Support the Resort Manager with the daily operation of the property
Supervise the Reception operation and monitor service standards
Support with team on-boarding, inductions and ongoing development
Coordinate room allocations and accommodation operations
Carry out room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
Respond to and resolve guest, member and owner queries professionally
Handle operational issues and ensure a positive guest experience
Support Meet the Manager sessions and build strong relationships with guests and owners
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel
Complete all required company training and compliance coursesWhat we're looking for

We're looking for a confident hospitality professional with previous Duty Manager, Front Office experience who enjoys taking responsibility and delivering excellent service.

Previous hotel experience in a Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor or Reception Supervisor position
Experience in recruitment, onboarding & training of new team members
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A confident and professional approach when dealing with guests
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy hospitality environment
