As a Duty Manager, you'll support the Resort Manager with the smooth running of the property and help maintain high service standards across the operation.

Support the onboarding and induction of new team members
Coordinate staff uniforms, including issuing, tracking and stock management
Ensure team members understand company policies, procedures and service standards
Create and maintain room maps and accommodation layouts
Coordinate room allocations to maximise occupancy and operational efficiency
Carry out routine room inspections, ensuring cleanliness, safety and presentation standards are met
Respond to and resolve owner, member and guest complaints professionally and effectively
Support Meet the Manager sessions, gathering feedback and building strong relationships
Supervise team members and monitor service delivery across daily operations
Handle operational issues and ensure company procedures are followed
Maintain accurate records, including onboarding documents, room allocations, inspections and incident reports
Liaise with internal departments to support effective communication
Complete required company training and compliance coursesWhat we're looking for

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment as a Duty Manager
Strong communication and customer service skills

The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
