Our client is in search of a dedicated Duty Manager to join their team permanently. In this role, you will shoulder responsibility for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring unwavering standards of customer service excellence.
You'll play a pivotal role within the management team, identifying training requirements, conducting staff assessments, and providing guidance and inspiration through coaching initiatives.

Location: Hampshire
Hours: Full time, rotating shift pattern. Flexibility to work weekends/bank holidays is required
Salary: £32,000-£34,000
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Being the point of contact for the day-to-day operation
Planning and managing the use of departmental resources, to ensure accurate scheduling of workflow and workforce planning to meet customer expectations
Encouraging upselling opportunities across the client base
Primary point of contact for customers for bookings and complaints
Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
Maintain and analyse performance data to formulate appropriate recommendations and action for improvementRequirements:
Experience within an operational role within aviation (private jet charter will also be considered)
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and level of accuracy
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
