Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Glasgow, Central Belt of Scotland.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £35k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a leading and privately owned Asbestos Consultancy who have a strong presence in the Scotland region. Due to acquiring new contracts, they are now seeking to take on a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover Industrial and Commercial contracts across the Central Belt of Scotland. This role would suit someone who is looking to work for a continuously expanding and developing company, you will be able to work well and adapt easily to fast paced environments. Our client can offer a generous holiday allowance, opportunity for further training and progression and generous company pension scheme. Consideration would be given to candidates who only hold the BOHS P403 / P404 and are looking to gain further experience and Pcert modules.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Coatbridge, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Paisley, Kilmarnock, Cumbernauld, Falkirk, Kincardine, Stirling, Penicuik, Dunfermline, Edinburgh, Kirkaldy.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
" Extensive experience carrying out surveying and analytical duties for a UKAS accredited company.
" Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Well versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Able to communicate efficiently.

The Role:
" Working on Commercial and Industrial sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" 4 stage clearances.
" Conducting smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Undertaking site audits.
" Ensuring work carried out complies with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Using information from site to produce detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
