Are you a passionate Design & Technology Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Southeast London?
We are recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated DT Teachers to work in welcoming secondary schools across Southeast London. Whether you're an ECT or an experienced teacher, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an excellent opportunity to join supportive schools with opportunities for both long-term and permanent positions.
The Role
Teaching Design & Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is an advantage but not essential).
Planning and delivering engaging, practical lessons that inspire creativity and problem-solving.
Assessing and monitoring student progress.
Creating a safe and positive learning environment within the workshop and classroom.
Working collaboratively with the wider DT department and school staff.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Ability to teach Design & Technology at secondary level.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
