The role:
Delivering engaging KS3/4 lessons that meet curriculum objectives
Managing student behaviour, ensuring the classroom environment is safe and supportive of learning
Reporting to parents and other staff members when necessary
Mark and assess the work of students

Provides regular training opportunities and weekly meetings focused on teaching and learning

The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS Status
Has the ability to promote high quality teaching and learning
Can support in the promotion of excellent standards of student learning, achievement, progress, attainment and behaviour through working effectively and collaboratively
Has excellent subject knowledge coupled with an ability to deliver inspirational lessons.
Has experience working with KS3 and KS4.
