The Role

We are currently recruiting for Dry Mix Operatives to join the team, a leading food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for long-term employment with the potential to go permanent.

Working within a busy production environment, you will be responsible for blending and handling dry ingredients to produce high-quality food products in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately weighing and mixing dry ingredients
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Following recipes and batch specifications
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Completing production records and quality checks
Adhering to Health & Safety and food safety regulations
Supporting the wider production team when required

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (preferred but not essential)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work across days, backs and night shifts
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliability and a positive work ethic
