Join Aligra as a Driving Recruitment Resourcer in our client's Cardiff team, where you’ll play a vital role in sourcing qualified drivers for top logistics employers. Use innovative lead generation and social media strategies while developing your expertise in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
The role is offered on a temporary basis, working Monday to Friday. For the right candidate we can offer flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
* Source and engage qualified van driver candidates using ATS tools
* Holding recruitment days at a variety of locations including Swansea, Cardiff and Gloucester
* Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments
* Build and maintain strong internal and candidate relationships
* Manage social media channels to promote vacancies
* Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with UK employment law
Requirements:
* Recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in transportation/logistics
* Excellent communication skills and relationship building
* Social media recruitment experience is advantageous
* Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
* A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
