Driving Positions ( 7.5t and class 1 &2)

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be working with one of our amazing clients based in Frome. Our client is looking to fill 3 driving positions within their business. If you are punctual and thrive in a busy work environment this could be the job for you.

* 7.5t Driver

* Class 2 Driver

* Class 1 Night Driver

7.5t Driver

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 starts

£11.50 + KPI Bonus £1.00 per hour which is subject to targets on cleanliness of Truck and no damage along with correct POD and defect procedures. + Overtime

Class 2 Driver

Safely and efficiently operate an LGV 2 vehicle to transport goods to various destinations

· Carry out pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle

· Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance

· Average 15 drops but can vary

· Pallet truck/ Tail lift deliveries required

Start times: 07:00am starts (can be Subject to change)

Pay rate: While working probationary period the hourly rate will be £13.50 per hour with an increase the £14.50 per hour once successfully passed probation.

+ £1.00 KPI Bonus + Overtime (Subject to completing required targets with truck cleanliness and no damage along with correct POD and defect procedures.

Class 1 Night Driver

For the ideal candidate you must have a minimum of 2 years LGV 1 experience and be over the age of 25 (Insurance Purposes)

* The role would involve trunking to the main hubs unloading at the required sheds and loading back to base

* Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods

* Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records

* Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance

* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Hours: Monday to Friday 19:00 Start time

£40,000 per annum with Guaranteed 50 hours per week with paid overtime (Overtime paid the following month)

All positions you must be 25 years and over due to insurance, Valid CPC with no more than 6 points on your driving licence.
