We are now looking for a Driving Instructor to join our team on a full-time basis for a 12 month fixed term contract. This is year-round role with flexibility over hours and days worked to accommodate pupil and test availability.

The Role
As a Driving Instructor, you will provide driving lessons to our pupils who are aged 17 and over.
Undertaking all aspects of driver training, you will prepare our 6th form students for their driving tests.
You will also liaise with the Estates Manager to maintain vehicle safety checks, servicing, MOTs and maintenance logs and action repair work.
Additionally, you will:
- Co-ordinate pupils’ driving tests
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition
- Monitor vehicle fuel consumption and refuel
- Ensure vehicle safety checks are undertaken
About You
To be considered as a Driving Instructor, you will need:
- An Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) qualification
- Experience working as an Approved Driving Instructor
- Less than six points on your licence
Please note, due to insurance, candidates must be at least 21 years old and have had a UK driving licence for at least three years.
