Position: Driver Trainer
Location: Egham
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Days worked: Monday to Friday 8am Start time (8 hour shift)
Benefits: 28 days paid annual leave, Referral Scheme, Free On-site Parking, Company days out and events, 1 day paid charity volunteering.
About the Role:
As a Driver Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in employee onboarding, delivering engaging training sessions, and ensuring the highest standards across our Branch. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting onboarding sessions for new branch employees, covering Company Induction, Group Values, and preliminary induction training.
* Designing and delivering role-specific training across the Branch Network and utilizing creative engagement.
* Maintaining records of all Technical Training delivered, assessing ROI, and conducting regular Training Needs Assessments.
* Carrying out quality driver audits across the Branch, covering areas such as driver fueling, employee competency levels, and customer service standards.
Skills and experience required:
* Have a valid ADI qualification.
* Previous experience in a similar trainer role is essential.
* Experience delivering both classroom and side-by-side training to individuals and groups.
* Proficiency in help designing engaging and innovative training materials.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of Wheelchair Accessible, Adapted, and Specialist vehicles desired but not essential.
* Experience in conducting audits desired but not essential.
