We are partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing market leader in specialised technical solutions looking to hire a Driver & Sales Executive. Known for engineering excellence and industry-leading product offerings, our client is currently scaling up operations and looking for a driven, high-potential professional to join them on a unique and exciting career trajectory.
Driver & Sales Executive - The Role
This is a high-profile, hybrid opportunity split evenly (50/50) between executive transport/support and active commercial sales development.
Executive Transport & Support (~50%):
- Chauffeur and assist the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to regional offices and high-level client meetings across the UK.
- Serve as a mobile workspace environment, enabling the executive to work efficiently in transit.
- Exercise absolute discretion and confidentiality, regularly sitting in on high-level commercial and strategic discussions.
Commercial Sales & Administration (~50%):
- Drive outbound lead generation, appointment setting, and relationship-building (door knocking / field prospecting).
- Partner with the senior sales team on CRM data management, opportunity tracking, pipeline reporting, and territory planning.
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and market research.
- Attend high-value client visits alongside the CCO to gain hands-on technical sales experience and mentorship.
Driver & Sales Executive - The Candidate
We are looking for someone eager to accelerate their career in commercial sales and executive management under the direct mentorship of a C-level leader.
Background & Mindset:
A background or strong interest in engineering, science, or technical sales. Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with a direct, fast-paced, and no-nonsense leadership style. High emotional intelligence and professional discretion.
Logistics:
Must be based in or around the South East / Kent area (near Maidstone). Flexible with travel, including regular UK-wide travel and approximately one night away per week initially. Full, clean driving licence required.
Driver & Sales Executive - What is on Offer
Base Salary: £35,000 per annum.
Company Car: provided for business use and travel.
