Driver Planning Administrator

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Driver Planning Administrator to support the successful delivery of our driver operations function.

This role is central to ensuring a smooth customer journey, acting as a key point of contact for clients, trainers, and internal teams. You’ll coordinate training schedules, maintain accurate records across multiple systems, and support operational delivery while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and processing requests within agreed service levels.

Building strong working relationships with clients and trainers to support customer satisfaction and retention.

Scheduling course dates, venues, and trainer allocations to ensure efficient and accurate delivery.

Maintaining customer and driver information across multiple systems with a high level of accuracy.

Supporting communication with internal teams and external customers regarding account activity.

Monitoring customer, driver, and trainer information to support seamless service delivery.

Resolving customer queries and complaints effectively, escalating where appropriate.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and support account growth where relevant.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in line with ISO9001 standards.

Collaborating across teams and supporting wider business objectives as required.
