Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable CSCS Labourer with a valid driving license to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects by performing essential manual tasks and supporting site operations. The ideal candidate will bring energy, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, this position is perfect for you! The position will be working away Monday to Thursday and digs will be provided.
Duties
* Assist with general site clearance, material handling, and preparation of work areas
* Perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently to support construction activities
* Operate company vehicles for transportation of tools, materials, or personnel between sites nationwide so does require working away.
* Support delivery drivers by unloading deliveries and ensuring timely movement of supplies
* Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks
* Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure working environment
Experience
* Previous delivery driver experience or familiarity with commercial driving is highly desirable
* Valid driver’s license
* Experience working in construction environments preferred
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a daily basis
* Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients
* Familiarity with CSCS card requirements or willingness to obtain certification if needed
* Prior experience supporting delivery logistics or site operations is advantageous
