Support Driver - Cambridge
Salary: £32,000 per annum
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Support Driver to join our growing team in Cambridge.
The Role
As a Support Driver, you will assist operational teams with the safe delivery and collection of equipment and materials, support site activities, and ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained to a high standard. This is a varied role requiring flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and collect equipment, materials, and supplies to and from sites.
Support site teams with general operational duties.
Carry out vehicle checks and ensure vehicles are maintained and roadworthy.
Complete delivery paperwork and records accurately.
Adhere to all company health and safety procedures.
Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
Essential:
Valid UK Driving Licence.
CSCS Card.
EUSR Card.
Good understanding of health and safety practices.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.Desirable:
Experience working within construction, utilities, or civil engineering environments.
Good communication and organisational skills.
