DRAWING ROOM MANAGER SOUGHT!
Have you got experience wothing in the Hospitality Sector in a 4-5* Hotel or Spa?
We are looking for an exceptional Drawing Room Manager to work with a 5* Hotel who look to employ talented and unique individuals to help provide guests with a memorable and bespoke experience of the highest standard.
manage the smooth running of all services in the Drawing Room. Develop, maintain and monitor sales, service and operational systems and to act a a gran ambassador of the hotel to guests, colleagues and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
* Manage, lead, develop and motivate team
* Manage shift coverage
* manage departmental budget
* Work closely with Director, Food & Beverage on staffing levels
* Maintain standards of practice, service and sytems
You may be required to adjust your hours of work to cover needs of business to flexibility would be a key advantage
Required:
* Full clean UK driver's licence
* Previous 4-5* experience
* Customer service focus
* experience of POS
* immaculate presentation
* leadership experience
* experience of complaint handling/problem solving
* excellent interpersonal skills
* excellent knowledge of food & wine
