Drama Teacher – Inspire Creativity and Confidence
Engage Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop creativity, confidence and performance skills through engaging drama lessons.

The Role
As a Drama Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and well-planned Drama lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Encourage creativity, collaboration and self-expression through practical and theoretical learning.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their artistic and personal development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality performing arts curriculum.
* Maintain excellent classroom management and high expectations for behaviour and learning.
* Support school productions, performances and extracurricular drama activities where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A passion for the performing arts and a commitment to inspiring young people.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
