Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver dynamic drama lessons to students across various age groups and abilities.
Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters creativity and confidence.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the drama curriculum and contribute to school-wide events and productions.
Stay informed on best practices in drama education and integrate them into your teaching.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for drama.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Previous experience teaching drama at the secondary school level is preferred.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
