The Role:

As a Drama Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and facilitating drama lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Whether it's leading warm-up exercises, guiding improvisation activities, or assisting with rehearsal preparations, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning and ensuring a positive and engaging experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising drama lessons and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment

- Facilitating drama activities and encouraging student participation and creativity

- Managing classroom behavior and promoting positive student engagement

- Supporting the implementation of lesson plans and providing feedback to the regular teacher

- Collaborating with colleagues to promote the arts and enhance the cultural life of the school

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Confidence and resilience in managing classroom dynamics and behavior
