Drainage Engineer

Concept Resources are proud to be working with a Nationwide Facilities company specializing in Drainage and Plumbing Solutions who are looking for an experienced Drainage and Plumbing Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have had experience in a similar role within the Drainage industry and will be open to working on the road with flexible hours.

The client is looking for a committed individual to join their reactive team delivering first class services to their clients. Travelling around the Nottingham area will be required but van is given which you will take home each day.

Duties Include:

* Working as part of the reactive team, attending various maintenance and breakdown calls across a range of clientele

* Drain clearance using van mounted jetting units

* De-scaling and root cutting

* Working in a confined space

* CCTV surveys

* Drain repair using Localised Structural repairs

* Minor excavations, digs and patch lining

* General plumbing

* General maintenance

* PPM Works

* Cable machines

Person Specification:

* Previous experience carrying out similar duties as stated above

* Driving Licence (required)

* City & Guilds (preferred)

* HPWJ Cert (required)

* Enhanced DBS (preferred)

* Customer service skills

* Experience handling reactive works on a commercial scale.

The successful applicant must be prepared to be part of the out of hours call out rota and able to work overtime. There may also be times when you will need to work away from home.

The role is physically demanding and involves some heavy lifting.
