We are recruiting Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our exceptional team here at to support our Service Users in their own homes across Warrington, Cheshire, Manchester & Stockport (you will be based in one of the towns, not all!).

Domiciliary Care Assistant
Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:
* Supporting service users with all aspects of their personal care
* Assisting service users with all aspects of medication
* Assisting service users with all aspects of their meal preparation
* Supporting service users in the use of physical aids and personal equipment
* Supporting service users with home management
* Helping in the promotion of a service users mental and physical activities
* To document and report all relevant service users information
* Supporting service users and their families with health and social care needs
