Chloe at Amber Mace is currently recruiting for a development manager to join the team with a fantastic care provider that provides support for Elderly residents. The successful candidate will work to improve the growing of the business, building relationships with local councils and authorities to expand the company.
The role as Business Development Manager:
• Writing successful tender and fundraising bid
• Working closely with the company director to commission a new service and build packages within the area
• Working alongside social workers, service users and their families, and other key members of the community
• Assist in the recruitment of new staff across the region
• Budget management and negotiation
• Covering area bids under instruction from either the Head of Service or Director
• Display a commitment to company values and the needs of elderly residents
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/qualifications:
• Knowledge of care and support service provision
• Person-centred approach to working
• Have a strong business acumen, willing to learn and grown with the company
• You must be enthusiastic and have a strong passion to succeed
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
In return, my client will offer a starting salary of £35k per annum with a view to increase this based on development within the role. My client also offers excellent, extensive training and development opportunities, and the opportunity to really make a positive difference for our service users
