Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Permanent – Full time
Up to £40k per annum (plus excellent benefits and bonus opportunities)
Altrincham, Cheshire
We are looking to speak with experienced Registered Managers in Domiciliary Care about an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and skilled individual in a permanent role with our client in the Altrincham area to establish a new Domiciliary Care service.
Our client is an established provider in the healthcare sector and they are expanding to open a new Domiciliary Care service in the Altrincham area to offer high quality, regular and day-to-day care provisions to individuals in the area with various needs, allowing them to live their best quality of life in their own homes and familiar surroundings.
You need to have a number of years’ experience at management level in Domiciliary Care and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, dedication to care quality and sound business acumen. You’ll be joining the organisation to work with the executive team to set-up the service, recruit quality healthcare individuals and build a client base in the Altrincham area, and you’ll be given all the support and resources you need to succeed and build a great service.
We would also like you to have good knowledge and experience working with CQC and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management (or at least working towards it). Local knowledge would also be advantageous for building your team and client base. It is essential that you are a car driver due to the scope and responsibilities of the role.
In addition to establishing and growing the service, you will work closely with CQC and local authorities and build strong relationships with all stakeholders, whilst also running the service on a day-to-day basis.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Strong leadership of your team (including ensuring they have the skills and resources needed)
* Managing budgets
* Business processes and reporting
* Client visits and inspections
* Business development through acquiring new clients
* Ultimately ensuring your service delivers the highest quality of care at all times to allow clients to live the best quality of life in their own homes
