Description:

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to join an established, quality-focused domiciliary care provider with ambitious plans for continued growth.

This is a great opportunity for either an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy/Care Manager ready to take the next step.

The role:

You will be responsible for the safe, effective and compliant day-to-day running of the service, ensuring customers receive high-quality, person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading and supporting the branch and care teams.

* Maintaining compliance with CQC requirements, legislation and company policies.

* Overseeing assessments, care plans, risk assessments and service reviews.

* Managing recruitment, induction, supervision and staff development.

* Ensuring safe staffing levels and effective rota coverage.

* Managing complaints, incidents, safeguarding and quality improvement.

* Building strong relationships with customers, families and professionals.

* Supporting the growth and development of the service.

* Participating in the on-call rota and helping maintain continuity of care when required.

About you:

You will have experience within health or social care, strong leadership skills and a good understanding of quality, compliance and person-centred care.

You should be able to demonstrate:

* Experience of managing or supervising care teams.

* Knowledge of CQC requirements and regulated care services.

* Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* A relevant social care qualification, ideally Level 5 or willingness to work towards it.

* A full UK driving licence.

Previous Registered Manager experience is desirable but not essential. Strong candidates from domiciliary care, residential care or other regulated care environments will also be considered.
