Job Title: Domestic Abuse Services Manager
Competitive Salary: £42,957 - £48,349 per annum, plus on-call allowances.
Location Flexibility: Work between an office in Penygroes (Caernarfon), your home and schemes in Gwynedd and Anglesey.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Work-Life Balance: 28 days of annual leave + bank holidays, increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service, and a flexible working scheme.

About this opportunity…

You'll be at the forefront of managing a large Domestic Abuse team consisting of Floating Support, Refuge, IDVA, and Children and Young People Services.
Your mission will be to ensure that we provide the highest quality support, tailored to the needs of your clients, and delivered within a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) framework.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Development: Guide and support 4 team leaders, ensuring excellent standards in managing low, medium, and high needs support schemes.
Strategic Planning: Assist the senior manager in developing a strategic business plan, identifying opportunities for service innovation and development.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Housing Support Grant, Police and Crime Commissioner, and Local Authority service level agreements. Maintain high standards of service delivery and continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Oversee the annual budgets for support schemes, ensuring value for money and effective cost management.
Partnership Building: Maintain strong relationships with commissioners, statutory bodies, and voluntary agencies, representing the organisation at meetings, forums, and conferences.

About You:

Experienced Leader: Proven track record in delivering and managing support services in the domestic abuse field or wider VAWDASV.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and service innovations.
Excellent Communicator: Strong negotiation and advisory skills, with experience in multi-agency working.
Budget Savvy: Skilled in budget management and ensuring value for money.
Bilingual: Proficiency in both Welsh and English is essential (conversational Welsh).
