Domestic Plumbers Required (2–4 Operatives) – New Build Housing

Location: [Insert Location]
Job Type: Full-Time / Self-Employed
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Rate: Competitive, Depending on Experience

We are currently looking for 2–4 experienced Domestic Plumbers to join our team working on residential new build housing developments.

Duties Include:

* 1st fix plumbing installations on new build properties.

* 2nd fix plumbing works.

* Installation of sanitary ware including toilets, basins, baths, showers, and associated pipework.

* Working from drawings and site specifications.

* Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines.

* Adhering to all site health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in domestic plumbing.

* Proven experience working on residential new build developments.

* Valid Blue JIB/CSCS (Required)

* Experience carrying out 1st fix, 2nd fix, and sanitary ware installations.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Own tools and transport preferred
