Their team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of customer service and technical excellence.
Job Description: They are seeking a qualified and experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic gas installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to residential clients, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out gas safety inspections, servicing, and repairs of domestic gas appliances.
* Install, commission and maintain heating systems, including boilers and central heating systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults in gas appliances and heating systems.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with current regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
* Complete relevant documentation and reports accurately and promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.
* ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, CPA1).
* Gas Safe registered.
* Proven experience as a Domestic Gas Engineer.
* Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
