Permanent Position
£40,000 Basic Salary + Company Van & Fuel Card
We are currently recruiting for experienced Domestic Electricians / Electrical Testers to join a well-established contractor delivering social housing works across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas.
This is a permanent position offering long-term job security, a company van, fuel card and a consistent local workload.
The Role
Working within occupied social housing properties, duties will include:
* Electrical Testing & Inspection (EICRs)
* Remedial works
* Installation and replacement of extractor fans in kitchens and bathrooms
* Fault finding and repairs
* General domestic electrical maintenance
* Ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and company standards
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition
* 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
* Experience working within domestic properties
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong fault-finding and testing experience
