Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
Job Type: Permanent

Are you an experienced electrician with a strong background across both domestic and commercial projects?

This is an outstanding opportunity to move into a supervisory position, leading a team of five electricians while receiving the training and support needed to develop into a confident and capable manager.

You do not need to have held a management position previously. We are looking for an experienced electrician who is ready to progress, take greater ownership and build a long-term career with a growing business.

The Role

As the Domestic and Commercial Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day work of five electricians, helping to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and supporting a team of five electricians
Coordinating daily workloads and allocating work
Overseeing domestic and commercial electrical projects
Monitoring workmanship, productivity and project progress
Ensuring all work complies with relevant electrical and safety regulations
Providing technical guidance and practical support to the team
Communicating with customers, contractors and other stakeholders
Identifying and resolving issues before they affect deadlines
Helping to maintain consistently high standards across every project
Supporting the continued growth and development of the electrical division

About You

This opportunity would suit someone who:

Has substantial experience working as an electrician
Has worked across both domestic and commercial environments
Is ready to take their first step into supervision or management
Can confidently guide, organise and motivate a small team
Has excellent technical knowledge and a strong focus on safety
Is organised, dependable and comfortable taking responsibility
Communicates professionally with colleagues, customers and contractors
Wants to develop into a long-term management positionPrevious supervisory or management experience is welcome but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
