Document Controller / Project Assistant – M&E – Building Services - Construction
An excellent opportunity for a Document Controller to join an established M&E Contractor based at their office in Walsall.
General Duties
* General office management.
* Ordering of site stationary inc PPE, material orders.
* Booking in operatives for induction.
* Health & safety.
* Updating Drawing registers
* Issuing drawings & documents
* Issuing drawings & inputting drawing information onto various systems
* Making sure that the latest drawings are available to the design team.
* E-filing drawings & documents
* Downloading and logging all documentation, updating all schedules.
* Issuing documentation requested by the site team to all sub-contractors with trackers and schedules.
* Numbering and Identification of Documents.
Requirements:
* Experience of working in the construction industry.
* Previous experience of working for an M&E Contractor in a document control position would be beneficial.
