Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a growing construction team supporting the successful delivery of live projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project documentation using Viewpoint/CDE systems
* Upload, issue, and track drawings and technical documents
* Maintain document registers and workflows
* Ensure documents comply with company standards and QA procedures
* Liaise with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
* Support the wider project team with administration and coordination
Requirements
* Previous Document Controller experience within construction with a main contractor
* Experience using Viewpoint
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
