Information on the role
* Maintain electronic & physical filing system
* Track & Update records, e.g., training, invoices, & project documents
* Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars & handling correspondence
* Liaise between all departments, facilitating document exchange
* Review documents for accuracy, completeness, & adherence to company standards
* Assist in identifying areas for improvement & implement solutions
* Assist in reports & presentations
* Handle general administrative tasks
* Ensure confidentiality, security, & integrity of sensitive documents
What we’d like from you
* Previous experience in a Document Control or Office Admin role
* Proficiency with Reflow would be an advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Products
* Solid data entry skills
* Excellent written & spoken communication skills
* High level of accuracy
* Pro-active problem solver
