Description:
We are seeking a Document Controller to join a well-established Main Contractor delivering large-scale refurbishment projects across London.
The successful candidate will support the project team by managing and maintaining project documentation, drawings, correspondence and records, ensuring information is accurately controlled, distributed and readily accessible.
Freelance / Temp to Perm is an option **
Key Requirements:
*
1–2+ years’ experience in Document Control within construction
*
Main Contractor experience preferred
*
Experience working on refurbishment or complex construction projects advantageous
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Confident managing drawings, RFIs, submittals and project correspondence
*
Procore experience is a distinct advantage
*
Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to work effectively within a busy project team
