NEW VACANCY - Document Controller
TEXO Airport Capacity Solutions are looking for an experienced part-time document controller, based in Northampton.
Doc Controller Requirements:
Experience of Document Control or familiarity of project/information document control systems is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
The Document Controller will allocate tasks and priorities which will vary each day, but will generally fall under the following categories:
✔ Updating information schedules
✔ Generating reports using the project document management system
✔ Compliance checks on information for correct referencing
✔ Support team members with processing protocol
✔ Administrative support (occasional)
The role will require engagement with team members to ensure information is processed within the allocated timescales, as such the successful candidate will need to be able to quickly integrate into a team utilising excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude to drive the successful achievement of deadlines.
Hours of work:
Monday - Thursday 12.00 > 4.30
Friday 08.30 > 13.00
