TAY recruitment are recruiting for a Document Controller / Office Manager to join a growing construction contractor based in Cardiff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating with site teams and overseeing general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing project drawings, documents and technical records.

Maintaining drawing registers and document revisions.
*
Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
*
Overseeing daily office administration and procedures.
*
Supporting management with project coordination and compliance.
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in construction document control, office management or project administration.
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems.
*
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
