Want to work on exciting projects with a leading design practice?
We're looking for an organised, detail driven Document Controller to support project teams, keeping critical information accurate, accessible and flowing smoothly across complex design projects.
What you'll be doing: Managing and tracking drawings, reports, specifications, RFIs and other project documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and ensuring information is issued and recorded accurately using systems such as Newforma.
What we're looking for:

Experience in document control within architecture, engineering or construction.

A good understanding of drawing lifecycles, project stages and document management processes.

Excellent organisation, communication skills and attention to detail.
*
Experience with Newforma is ideal, with Aconex, BIM 360 or ProjectWise also advantageous.
