Document Controller - Contract
Up to £34,000 DOE
Ipswich, Suffolk
Gap Construction is currently representing a renowned M&E contractor in their search for a Document Controller on their newly secured project in Ipswich, this will be on a 12-month contract anticipated to start in May and will predominantly be site-based work.
Performance Objectives
Working in coherence with Site Managers and the client's document controller to oversee site, testing as well as health and safety documents.
Uploading relevant documents to the client portal and keeping it organised
Sending out weekly return information such as H&S, delivery notes, inspection and organising onto company systems.
Manage and control confidential documents or sensitive information.
Person Specification
Previous experience in Document control.
Trustworthy and transparent personality.
Adaptable and well-organised, able to track multiple documents and relay information to and from multiple sources.
Have own transport and a full UK license.Apply
