Document Controller
12 Months initial Contract, Potential Rolling Contract – Immediate start
Based in Doncaster
£220 - £250 per day
Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Document Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced and growing team. We are interested in candidates that have previous Document Controller experience in the Engineering or Railway industry.
Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
·Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
·Experience with ProjectWise
·Familiarity with project management
·Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
·Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
·Proficient typing and editing skills
·Data organisation skills
·Attention to detail
·Construction/ Engineering/ Rail background desirable
Responsibilities
·Provide full document control support
·Database management trackers dealing with complex technical project related correspondence to maintain integrity & efficiency of the electronic system
·Notify and support the Office Manager by raising any concerns
