Document Controller – Construction
Location: Ruislip, West London
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + package
Type: Permanent
A medium-sized, well-established main contractor is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join their team in Ruislip.
You’ll be responsible for managing project documentation across multiple construction projects, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and distributed to the relevant teams.
The Role
* Manage and maintain project documentation using Procore
* Upload, issue and track drawings, specifications, RFIs and other project information
* Maintain document registers and ensure version control
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients
* Support project teams with general document management and administration
About You
* Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction
* Good working knowledge of Procore
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a busy main contractor environment
