Document Controller - Construction
A leading UK main contractor is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a major construction project in East London.
Working alongside the project team, you will take ownership of all project documentation, ensuring information is accurately controlled and distributed throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project documentation and drawing registers.
Issue and control design information across the project team.
Maintain document control procedures and filing systems.
Coordinate drawing revisions and document transmittals.
Support the project team with information management.
Ensure all documentation is compliant with project processes.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
Strong experience using softwares such as procore, aconex and 4projects is essential.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with site and design teams.
Able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
