Description:
Document Controller
Document Controller required for a major live refurbishment project in the Windsor area.
This is a Hybrid position with likely 3 days a week on site and 2 days remote.
Looking for an experienced Document Controller who has previously worked within construction and ideally with experience of supporting live refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Control and manage drawings and design information
* Maintain drawing registers and revision tracking
* Manage order and procurement logs
* Ensure accurate and structured filing within SharePoint
* Distribute documentation and maintain version control across the project team
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction
* Strong understanding of document control processes and drawing management
* Experience with SharePoint-based filing systems
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Procore experience beneficial
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate direct experience managing drawing registers, revision control, and document workflows on a live construction project, including the value/scale of the project and systems used (e.g. Sharepoint / Procure)
Day rate is given as a guide only and will depend on experience. It may also change to an hourly rate.
