Contract Scotland has an opportunity for an experienced document controller to join our client in the Kilsyth area who work across a range of sectors including rail, highways, air, marine, energy and water.
This is a great opportunity to take on a pivotal role in the execution of expansive civil engineering ventures. These projects are crucial in the establishment of essential infrastructure that will power Scotland's renewable development endeavors into the future.
The successful candidate should have experience working within a fast paced environment handling high capacity workload.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all controlled company documents
Update and distribute documentation as needed
Ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible
Review and edit documents for accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for document creation and updates
Implement document control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
Monitor document changes and revisions, ensuring proper version control
Train employees on document control processes and procedures
