DOCUMENT CONTROLLER – LONDON - PROCORE
Client
A large established Main Contractor are looking for a Document Controller to join their team based in London with experience using Procore.
The Role & Responsibilities:
* Responsible to manage the storage, distribution and filing of all project documents in both paper and electronic format (Procore).
* Accessing, uploading, archiving and downloading documents
* Assists with the filing of electronic documents using Procore
* Admin duties phone calls if required
* Day to day Site Administration
* Responsible for managing and expediting document distribution
* Carry out any other responsible duties requested by the Senior staff
Requirements
* Previous Document Controller experience is essential ideally using Procore software.
* Ideally have a construction background
* Be organised and efficient and comfortable working on site
* Full drivers licence and car is preferable however not essential
* Commutable distance in and around South West London
