Are you an organised Document Controller looking for a new opportunity to utilise your Administration skills? Join a leading construction organisation who specialise in crafting, implementing, and upholding electrical and mechanical systems.
In the Document Controller role you will be;
Taking the lead in developing, maintaining and monitor administrative systems
Ensuring document traceability and maintaining organised filing systems, supporting quality assurance and audit readiness for electronic and paper files
Other administrative duties as and when required
To be considered for the Document Controller role you must have / be;
Extremely IT literate and comfortable with using all Microsoft packages
Ability to use your own initiative and be happy to work alone
Extremely proactive and organised
A Background in quality assurance and health and safety would be an advantage
This is a temporary role that could become permanent for the right person. Offering part time hours, ideally 2 days per week from 8:30 am- 17:00pm, however could be flexible and has the option of hybrid or office based. This role is based in the beautiful county of Conwy and is offering an hourly rate of £12.50 - £13 per hour holiday pay.
