Description:
Document Controller - Avonmouth
Our client are a Tier 1 contractor with sites nationwide and they are looking for a Document Controller to help present a project in Avonmouth, Bristol.
Day-to-day Duties:
* Assisting Project Lead with updating of the SHEQ plan
* Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of a key register for management of handover keys
* Managing delivery schedule
* Snag reports to be sent out to Sub-Contractors on a timescale agreed by Project Manager
* Assisting with client, sub-contractors and visitors enquiries and complaints
* Filing key documents weekly as hard copies in accordance with McLaren standard
* Assisting with induction/near miss/accident / WMP paperwork
* Assisting with Site Instruction paperwork and monitoring
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experience
* Experience in using Asite
* Experience in using 4Projects / Conject (BIW)
* Reporting into the Design Manager
