Are you an experienced Document Controller looking to join a growing and dynamic fit-out contractor delivering high-profile projects across London?
Our client is a fast-expanding business with an excellent reputation in the commercial fit-out market. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and organised Document Controller to support project teams and ensure the smooth management of project documentation.
The Role
Working closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors, you will be responsible for the administration and control of project documentation using Asite and Viewpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all project documentation through Asite and Viewpoint
* Distributing drawings, specifications, and project information
* Maintaining accurate document registers and filing systems
* Ensuring document control procedures are followed across projects
* Tracking revisions and managing document workflows
* Supporting project teams with reporting and administration
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding documentation
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction, fit-out, or interiors
✅ Strong working knowledge of Asite and Viewpoint
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
