We are currently recruiting for experienced Document Control Specialists.
Responsibilities for a Document Control Specialist:
Assists with drawing and document reviews to determine specifications. Also respond to customer requests for documentation. Understanding/experience of ‘document change management/control’ would be desirable. Instructions and pre-established guidelines will be provided to perform the functions of the job. Will work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager.
Key points would be to use our Clients systems which has a process built in to follow and be able to review documentation to determine how to proceed to make decisions. Training in the tool set will be necessary and is planned for. Ideally would need candidates who are proficient in Office tools and are detail orientated. Must be UK nationals to enable access to the export controlled systems we utilise.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
