Document Control Manager – Make Your Mark on Building Safety
We are seeking a Document Control Manager to establish and lead our document management framework, driving best practices and ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act and the Golden Thread of Information.
This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, systems, and governance from the ground up, making a significant impact across major development and asset lifecycles.
Location: Westminster Bridge Road (hybrid – 2 days in office)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a robust document control strategy
- Optimize our SharePoint-based EDMS
- Embed policies, standards, and governance
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage document quality, handovers, and a growing team
- Collaborate across Development, Design, Programme, and IT
- Drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership in document control or information management within construction or property
- Expertise in SharePoint and EDMS
- Knowledge of Building Safety and the Golden Thread
- Confidence in influencing stakeholders and shaping processes
