Description:
My client is looking for a Document Control Administrator to join on them on a 3-month contract. As a Document Control Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with drawing and document reviews to determine specifications.
Role: Document Control Administrator
Pay: £11.44 - £14.30. per hour PAYE + Holiday PAYE
Location: Yeovil
Contract: 3 months
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and *am - 1pm Friday
Security Clearance: Full BPSS* Screening (*Baseline Personnel Security Standard), including proof of Legal Right to Work, Criminal Records Check, i.e. UK DBS. UK Nationals only
Job Profile
Respond to customer requests for documentation.
Understanding/experience of 'document change management/control' would be desirable.
Instructions and pre-established guidelines will be provided to perform the functions of the job.
Will work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager
Key points would be to use the bespoke systems which has a process built in to follow and be able to review documentation to determine how to proceed to make decisions.
Training in the tool set will be necessary and is planned for. Ideally would need candidates who are proficient in Office tools and are detail orientated.
Must be UK nationals to enable access to the export controlled systems we utilise.
Education & Training
Strong experience in a similar role
Educated to A level or equivalent
